Somatic Sexology
It is through the lens of Somatic Sexology | Somatic Sex Education™ that I will show you how to grow, expand and transform your relationship to your body, your erotic self and sexuality.
My personal approach is very much aligned with the Sea School of Embodiment’s understanding of “Trusting in Spontaneity” which allows my gifts and competencies to weave in a way that serves each person in a unique/personal manner. I am fluent in Portugese, Spanish and English so if any of these are your mother tongue you can work with me in your preferred language.
I am very grateful for having received my training from Katie Sarra and Kian de la Cour (directors of the Seaschool and main faculty of CSB training) as it has given me the structure and groundedness to allow for the intelligence, fluidity and spontaneity to unfold and manifest in each and every offering.
What is Somatic Sexology | Somatic Sex Education™?
Somatic Sexology | Somatic Sex Education™ is the study of Human sexuality from a perspective of the whole embodied intelligent self, that integrates mind, body and spirit, and focusses on one’s inner experience.

Through Sexological BodyWork
In person
Sexological Body work is a pioneering, leading edge healing modality that sits at the intersection of erotic and therapeutic touch.

According to my professional organization, the Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers (ACSB), “Sexological Bodywork is a body-based educational modality that supports individuals, couples, and groups to learn to direct their erotic development and to deepen their erotic wellbeing and embodiment.”
We use a client-centered approach to empower, educate, and bring attention to the felt experience through movement, breath, touch, sound, and placement of awareness.
Our teaching involves a variety of instructive modalities, including breath-work, foundations of touch, somatic learning, body and genital mapping, consent and boundaries, active receiving, erotic massage, pelvic release bodywork, scar tissue remediation, and mindful masturbation coaching, all supported by the latest scientific discoveries and both ancient and modern embodiment practices.
As a member of the ACSB, I am required to adhere to a Code of Ethics, which ensures that sessions are client-directed, that erotic touch is one-way (practitioner to client), that gloves are used for genital touch, and that practitioners remain clothed and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
We believe that sexual health, erotic education, and pleasure are not only basic human rights, but basic human requirements for wellbeing.
Through Embodied Sex Coaching
Online and in person
In this approach, you will have access to all of the knowledge, practices and experiences without the touch component that you would engage in with a Sexological Bodyworker.
This approach is suitable for sessions online.
I offer coaching packages from a minimum of 3 sessions and you can work with me in person or from anywhere in the world.
I will guide you to unpack the inherited beliefs you hold around sexuality, and gain a broader understanding of sex and pleasure that is aligned with your highest values. All sessions are finely tailor made with cutting edge somatic practices and home-play that support your sexual transformation.
